1️⃣ Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 30 minutes of placing them by contacting our support team atΒ priyankaseafoods@gmail.com or via WhatsApp.

Once the order is packed or shipped, cancellations are not allowed as the product is perishable.

2️⃣ Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only if:

  • You receive the wrong item or damaged packaging

  • The item delivered was spoiled or unfit for consumption

Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method after verification.

3️⃣ No-Return Policy

Due to the perishable nature of seafood, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.
